I've been using Scrum in my software development for a number of years now; for nearly 5 of those as a Scrum Master. You know what, I absolutely love Scrum as it gives me a good process to plan; using Sprints and iterative releases.
I was sceptical at first thought, having used Waterfall for a number of years. I think what gave me some great confidence is the training we had.
