I can see planes going to exotic places

Took a nice images out of my workplace today though didn't managed to capture any planes going in it. From my work window we can see Heathrow about 2 miles away or so and we can see planes coming and going. You can just make out around the middle of this picture.

Well if you can make it out with that refection from the windows behind.

I thought i'd take a photo though as this is one of those days its not actually raining which is probably rare for the UK  though I am sure many know that.

One thing I did managed to do is find out some old retro games and took at stab at one... well you can see my attempt at following YouTube link  My attempts at Hack

On Tech side (as many of you maybe coming here for the tech) on a personal note I recently upgraded my PC. I didn't go all out and get latest processors but did go from a 1st Gen i7 (920) to a 2nd Gen i7 (3820). After much research I fell onto the 3820 because it was cheap and liked the idea of quad channel memory. I could have probably got a Ivy Bridge setup for close on same money and dual channel memory is not that much slower but on some of the benchmarks I saw some of the graphics and audio stuff was quicker on 3820 so went with that.

Also I am not much of an overclocker so no need at the stock 3.6Ghz maybe quick enough although my motherboard I got (a Gigabyte X79 - UD3 is it???) does offer easy overclock settings - but all in all its very quick when rendering my videos on Premier Pro CS6 Ya..

Also went liquid again with the Corsair H60 - smaller block than my H50 had and quieter fan although pump slightly loader. My thought is for 50 GBP it was worth it as low profile so no issues with memory in the way as oppose to the larger metal heatsink fan combinations.

Mentioning Premier - I'm still playing with Cloud software having been using for 3 or so weeks. Almost my first month gone but all good so far. Taking me a while to get to know it, like finding out how to add title to latest video with link above. but would still recommend if want a budget way to get hold of Adobe full products.O and support is good as required a little the other day..

But there you have it; thought on Cloud, games been playing and upgrade done. Random blog now over; time to research actual subject for next one :-)
